Easy management and registration for breakout sessions.
The concept of breakout sessions is pretty simple, and we want to keep it that way. Our breakout scheduler module makes it easy to manage and register for sessions across different time slots.
If a session only supports a certain number of participants, it will no longer be available for registration once the limit is reached.
Sessions that require a little more time can span across multiple time slots. When users registers for those sessions, they'll be unable to register in any other time slot it will conflict with.
With just the click of a button, you can send email reminders to all users who have registered for sessions. The reminder emails will give them a heads up on which sessions they registered for and where those sessions are being hosted.
If you need a snapshot of who has registered for which sessions, you can generate a report of each registration. This can be used to track session performance and determine which participants have yet to register.
